HOW CAN I AVOID DRIVING DOWNTOWN AND STILL GET TO THE FESTIVAL?
Riverfest provides shuttle buses for festival goers from locations in both Little Rock and North Little Rock. It is the most convenient & safest way to get to the event. Shuttles will drop you off (and pick you up) at the Main Festival Gateways. There are parking decks and paid parking lots in the downtown area, however space is limited and the cost is considerably higher than the shuttle.
Shuttle fare 2013: $3 Round Trip. You may ride for only $2 if you bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Arkansas Food Bank Network.
Little Rock Shuttle:
Shuttle buses will depart from the east side of War Memorial Stadium/AT&T Field at Markham and Van Buren Streets in Little Rock and will drop off on La Harpe Avenue behind the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Building. Your return shuttle bus can be found in the same location.
North Little Rock:
The North Little Rock Riverfest shuttle will pick up at the North Little Rock High School north parking lot in North Little Rock. From the north, you can enter the parking lot at Pershing and Orange. If entering from the south, turn left on 22nd street and then right on Victory Lane. The NLR shuttle drop will drop at 3rd and Kumpuris streets at the Clinton Presidential Center. Your return shuttle bus can be found in the same location.Shuttle hours:
Friday, May 24 - 5:30 p.m. through close of last event
Saturday, May 25 – 10:30 a.m. through close of last event
Sunday, May 26 - 12:30 p.m. through close of last event

IS SMOKING ALLOWED AT RIVERFEST?
The Clean Indoor Air Act (Act 8 of 2006) prohibits smoking in worksites and in public places to protect employees and the public form secondhand smoke. Arkansas is the seventeenth state in the nation to pass a smoke-free workplace act. In addition to this act, The City of Little Rock has established a No Smoking Policy in all of its city parks. As a city park, Riverfront Park does fall under this “policy”. We ask all festival-goers to be mindful of this city policy and that you be considerate of fellow festival-goers. We also ask that you dispose of all smoking-related garbage in the appropriate receptacles.
