Commercial Vending, Product/Service Promotion & Sampling
Thank you for your interest in Riverfest 2010, May 28-30. Riverfest, Arkansas’ largest festival, features over 100 acts on five outdoor stages over three days, many visual artists and food vendors, children’s activities, and fireworks. Attendance in 2009 was approximately 250,000. Riverfest has limited and restricted commercial vending opportunities. Applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Riverfest reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

Category Restrictions
Riverfest, Inc. does not allow commercial vending, product / service promotion or product sampling in many categories including: credit cards, liquor, tobacco, firearms, sex, religion, vacation/timeshare packages or politics. Riverfest will not allow participation by companies if they are in competition with certain existing sponsor categories.

FOOD VENDORS
The Food Vendor application deadline for Riverfest 2010 has passed. Selected vendors will be notified by February 1st. If you would like to receive an application for the 2011 festival please email your contact information to vendors@riverfestarkansas.com. Include your name, business name, address, phone number, type of food you sell and an email address.
